Dr. LI Lina, Ph.D., Researcher of Macro and Green Finance Lab, National School of Development, Peking University.
Dr. Li's research focuses on public finance and public policy, with particular interests in the green fiscal system, intergovernmental fiscal relationships, and local debt management.
Before joining the Lab, she served as a senior researcher in public finance at the Institute of Finance and Sustainability and as a post-doctoral research fellow in applied economics at China University of Finance and Economics. Additionally, she was an international visiting scholar at American University.
Dr. Li has provided consulting services for over 30 loans and technical assistance projects for international financial institutions such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, as well as over 20 policy analysis projects for China’s governments at all levels and academic institutions. Recent projects have focused on themes including climate finance, just transition, green industrial development, green fiscal system and others. Several consulting outputs have been published as working papers by the Asian Development Bank and in leading academic journals and financial newspapers.
Dr. Li holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from China University of Political Science and Law, as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration from Henan University.
