She holds a Doctor of Engineering degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the School of Environment, Tsinghua University, a Master of Management degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tianjin University; a Bachelor of Management degree in Engineering Management from University of Science and Technology Beijing. 

Her research areas mainly focus on green and low-carbon transformation policies, simulation of transformation pathways, policy impact assessment, and transition finance.
